Join us for a one-day Zen retreat at our new Torrance Zen Meditation Center.
Through meditation and silence, we gently release tension, quiet the mind, and rediscover the deep peace beneath everyday busyness.
This day is an invitation to reset your nervous system, open space for insight, and nourish your inner life.

Program Policy
Full participation only for the entire day from 9-5:30pm PDT. No late arrival or early departures, except in genuine emergencies.
Cell phones must be turned in upon arrival and returned after the final session. Devices will be locked in the secured office onsite.
