Practice has changed the way I face the world: instead of tensely waiting for fate’s answer, I’m learning to settle my heart in each moment and stand firmly on the road beneath my feet.

The instructors were incredibly effective teachers who were able to transmit the teachings and essence of the practice. I feel that there are no limitations!
